Our Mayflower team have all been attracted to work as part of our innovative think tank like approach. Our team is obsessed by learning more about what works at Mayflower. They are driven to link and network beyond our school gates, to question and influence people. It might sound obvious, but Mayflower is nothing without the people who work, play and learn there.
