At Mayflower, we ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of our pupils is a staff priority. To keep everyone safe all of our staff and all visitors use the 5 R system for managing safeguarding and child protection concerns. The 5 R's are as follows; Recognise, Record, Report, Review, Respond.
