Bio
My passion for education as a child has always been a factor of why I wanted to become an educator. Having the opportunity to shape and change the lives of young children keeps me motivated.
I have always been someone that strives to be the best I can be. In 2017, I made the life-changing decision to leave my career as an estate agent - selling houses - to sell the dream of education.
Outside of school, I have a strong passion and love of sport - mainly football. I currently operate as a level 4 football referee across Devon (be kind if you see me). Alongside this, I am well known to love a good quiz.

Why Mayflower?
My journey at Mayflower started in 2017. After a change of career it had to be the right school. The passion of teaching and learning was the driving force.
What I am reading
I am an avid reader of novels and sporting history. I also take time to read about current education changes and strategies of how it can improve my practice.
What am I Researching?
I seem to always have projects on the go. I am researching how the SOI model of learning impacts on our ability to deepen understanding.
