Wow - we can not believe that we are able to interview the lady who is powerful and influential enough to champion how we transform our city. Thank you so much for giving us your time. You have millions of pounds in your council purse that you are spending on making our lives better. Thank you so much for doing this work. We believe in you! Is it OK if we start our podcast now?
Q1: How are you, and what has taken your time today?
Q2: We learn about democracy as part of the Fundamental British Values. You have been elected to run this project to transform Armada Way. How do you use your elected role to better Plymouth and for our young children?
Q3: We learn to design things in schools. We have never designed a learning space, just tools like Bird Shelters, Pop Up Toys and Reading Pods. What things do you consider when designing a space for people in Plymouth, and what do you hope people will feel when they are walking through?
Q4: Do you think that the Armada Way project will turn into a landmark for our city and a destination that people travel a long way to experience - a bit like Plymouth Hoe and Mt Batton?
Q5: We have had a look at the CGI-type mock-up videos. We notice that the project looked beautiful. For example, the plants, the fountain, the pirate playship and seating areas. Do you really believe that it will turn out as stunningly beautiful in real life, and how will you keep things feeling great and looking nice even in our dreary English wet weather?
Q6: I have seen that you have added a lot of additional lights. Some are really colourful, how will the Council pay for this because you seem to have already spent a lot of money for things like pirate ship?
Q7: Cllr Laing, I am interested, how will you in the Council choose exactly what goes into Armada Way and what doesn't? It must be hard to please everyone.
Q8: This is a huge change for Plymouth. Change always spooks people. What strategies have you used to help people get used to the new changes for our city?
Q9: I have seen a tour of the design - it looks impressive, and I am pleased about what you are doing. Thank you for making Plymouth better. Could you tell me about which part of this project you are most excited about and is there anything that worries you? It must be very nerve-wracking!
Q10: As you are building this project, do you think about how you will continue to fund it - for example, we recently sang for our Choir at Chaplins. We think that they must have real challenges trying to keep their Christmas Wonderland alive. It must cost a fortune. How about Armada Way...how will this be paid for and kept nice? Is there anything that we could do as young citizens to help?
Q11: The Council has participated in many projects around Plymouth. What is the company's goal and what is Plymouth's future?
Q12: I know that you have a milestones page. What is the hardest step for you, because in my opinion, starting is the hardest step?

Well, that was magnificent! Thank you so much - we can not wait to see our city bloom again. We have been learning about World War 2 and can't help think more on how our ancestors would look at these plans and smile. After all, the city was bombed once - we can rebuild again!
