Intro: Hello Jane and thank you for crossing the Tamar Bridge to visit us today. We have heard lots about you from Cross Keys Estate Agents and our Headteacher, Mr. Sammels. They both say that you are super talented and have such a bright and approachable manner. We can't wait to get to know you and learn from your vast experience in Media and PR. How are you today, and what is on your mind?

Q1: You are a local expert. We thought that perhaps all great media workers work in London. You have proven this theory wrong. How do you make a big noise in the media from down here in the South West, and how should we bridge the gap between Plymouth and the big cities when sharing our learning?
Q2: Who has challenged you the most as you have developed within your industry, and what have they taught you to do but also not to do?
Q3: We have already managed to interview many of our heroes. Jago and Filiipo Guisti, who are artists from Italy are two of our most distant heroes. Graham Fink, the Bafta Award Winning Media Guru, has also wowed us. Could you name your heroes from the Media or PR world, and what is it about them that inspires you?
Q4: When you are designing the structure of content for a client, how do you go about starting this process?
Q5: Has there ever been a job that you didn't want to take on, but you did, despite your intuition, and how do your values influence which work you do and which you don't do?
Q6: Do you prefer to work alone or as part of a team and why?
Q7: Name your dream team of people you could collaborate on a project with. What would the project be and why?
Q8: What subjects should we focus on in school in order to become great in your business?
Q9: Computing is changing the way we live and also study. At Mayflower, within the next three years, all our 8 - 11-year-old pupils will all have their own I-pads. What should we do with these bits of tech kit to help us to learn better and publish our learning beyond our postcode?
Q10: What would you like to see schools do more of and less of in order to prepare them for the world of media work?
Q11: What top tips could you offer us 10-year-olds as we start to understand what creativity feels like? We have worked with some big media gurus, such as, Graham Fink, who has told us that we should 'Fink Differently'. This advice has stuck with us. What would you say we should do to stay creative?
Q12: If we worked on a project with you, what could we take on, and how could we use it to change the minds of the public?
