About Us

The North Prospect Community Choir, affectionately known as NPCC, is a vibrant and inclusive community choir in Plymouth, dedicated to the joy of singing. Co-Directed by music teacher and vocal coach, Ryan Jenkins, along with Musical Director David Walters, we strive to create an environment where everyone, regardless of their singing ability, can come together to celebrate the power of music.

Inclusivity is Our Strength

At NPCC, we believe that singing is for everyone. We embrace and encourage all individuals who have a passion for singing, from beginners to experienced vocalists, to join our family. Our doors are wide open to all, and there is absolutely no requirement to read music or audition. Singing is a universal language, and we want to share it with our community.

Our Performances

Throughout the year, you can find us gracing the stage at a variety of events, from weddings to Christmas concerts, National Trust sites to garden parties. Our diverse repertoire ranges from classical classics to contemporary hits, ensuring that there's something for every musical taste. Whether we're sharing the festive spirit or adding a touch of elegance to a wedding ceremony, we are always ready to spread the joy through song.

Affordable Membership

We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why our choir sessions are incredibly affordable. For just £3 per session, you can become a part of our musical journey. We also offer a reduced concession price of £2 for those who are unemployed or in their golden years (OAPs). Our goal is to make sure that financial constraints never hinder your ability to experience the magic of NPCC.
