Yesterday, it was our great pleasure to once again take part in the Plymouth Big Sing, an event dedicated to bringing schools together to connect through the joy of song.

This year’s event was hosted at All Saints Academy and was led by the sensational Legacy A Cappella Choir. This remarkable group of teenagers have taken their passion for singing to new heights by forming an a cappella group. Their performances were truly captivating – be sure to check them out on social media by searching ‘LEGS A Cappella Plymouth.’

The children came together to sing a diverse selection of songs, including an ABBA medley, “Something Inside So Strong,” and a powerful rendition of “This Is Me” from *The Greatest Showman,* all accompanied by the talented LEGS A Cappella.

Having thoroughly enjoyed last year’s event, we were eagerly anticipating this year’s Big Sing, and it did not disappoint. The children loved raising the roof of the school auditorium and relished the opportunity to watch performances by the senior choirs.

However, this event is about more than just singing. The true power of the Plymouth Big Sing lies in its ability to foster a sense of community and togetherness, values that are deeply cherished at MCA.
