Bio

I am delighted to be a part of the Mayflower community and I look forward to being in the red block team for a second year. I aim to foster a sense of belonging for my pupils within a classroom that celebrates individuality. I am enthusiastic about delivering a practical, engaging curriculum through memorable learning experiences that spark a sense of curiosity.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy being adventurous. I like to explore new places, spend time at the beach and try new things. Currently, my favourite activity is paddleboarding.

Why Mayflower?

My values are reflected in Mayflower’s which is very important to me. The significance of collaboration within the school is excellent and I am looking forward to becoming a part of this team.                             

What am I Reading?

I enjoy reading a variety of book types. At the moment I am reading ‘Life Time’, an interesting book about understanding the human body clock.                                                                                                                             

What am I Researching?

My dissertation focused on utilising the classroom environment to support pupils learning. I am continuing this research with an interest in ensuring my classroom is designed to most effectively support my pupils.
