A Joyful Noise 2024

On a beautiful spring evening, the walls of St James the Less Church resonated with the harmonious melodies of "A Joyful Noise," our highly anticipated spring concert. Presented by the renowned male voice choir, Blokes Who Sing, and featuring our very own MCA Earlybirds alongside the talented City of Sons, the event was a true celebration of community and music.

From the first note to the final chord, the church was filled with an undeniable sense of unity and joy, so much so that it was standing room only—a full house! Each performance, marked by heartfelt passion and exceptional talent, left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who attended.

This year's concert was not just about music; it was also about raising awareness of mental health. Through the collective generosity of our audience, we proudly raised over £600 for the mental health charity, Mind. These funds will go a long way in supporting individuals and families affected by mental health issues, reflecting our community's commitment to this vital cause.

The success of "A Joyful Noise" was made possible by the unwavering support of our friends, families, and community members. Your presence and contributions have not only enriched our concert but have also underscored the power of coming together for the common good.

We are thrilled to announce that "A Joyful Noise" will become an annual event, and we eagerly anticipate next year's celebration. Until then, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this evening unforgettable. Your support continues to inspire us, and together, we will keep making joyful noise for years to come.
