Bio

I have enjoyed a long and varied career in primary education working in several different countries including China and Australia. I’ve had roles in many schools, both state and private, throughout the local areas including Plymouth, Ivybridge and Tavistock. I specialise in exam preparation and have taught as a private tutor in GCSE English and 11 plus.

Why Mayflower?

Through working at Mayflower's Saturday School, I became interested in joining the school, and it all went on from there.
 

What I am reading

I mainly read with my daughter. We are currently reading Letters from the Lighthouse by Emma Carroll and Ballerina Body by Misty Copeland.

What am I Researching?

I am currently interested in exam strategies and the surrounding application.
