At Mayflower, we have identified certain attributes that we believe could complement our current team. Attributes such as, ability to publish digitally, website design, business and community interest, cultural event planning, experience of leading on teaching, learning and assessment, community engagement and music and performing arts. We are currently interested in hiring good people who could carry out the roles and duties of:

Administrators | Flexi Hours

Cleaners | Flexi plus Monday - Friday 

Higher Level Teaching Assistants | able to offer specific subject related expertise in addition to core subjects

Higher Level Teaching Assistants / Tutors | with a focus on Phonics, Reading and / or SPaG 

Teaching Assistants | Focused on teaching of Reading or Maths or SPaG

Teaching Assistants | Focused on special educational needs (including speech and language | family groups of all ages)

Teaching Assistants | Focused on sport, festivals and PE

Teaching Assistants | Focused on modern foreign languages

Teaching Assistants | Focused on learning in the outdoors

Teachers | Focused on tuition and core subjects

Teachers | Focused on supporting pupils who are interested in the 11+ (or other exams)

Cleaners | Both full and part-time (including flexible hours for events)

Local Governors | Focused on school development and community engagement

Volunteers | focused on early reading, development of library and texts, cultural cooking, mentorship for pupils and parents
