Kavitha is a parent of two pupils at Mayflower. She brought in an idea that we loved and fitted our, 'Togteher we can...' ethos. 

Kavitha suggested that we opened an Empathy Cafe. Kavitha pitched her idea to fellow parents, carers and senior staff duirng one of our community diversity newsletter meetings. Kavitha is origionally from India and has recently joined our school. She would like to gain more support for her idea as a way to connect with other families and help people feel suppported and welcome. We love Kavitha's idea. How about you?
