Extended Opportunities

Extending the Music offer

Music Extended Opportunities are plotted in a sequential and progressive manner. They add breadth and depth to key concepts that are taught across the curriculum. They also extend these concepts beyond the curriuclum itself.

Extended Opportunities are mapped as:

2. Extension of curriculum knowledge through wider instrumental experience and tuition

3. Extension of the Primary Curriculum and linking into Secondary / Higher Education

4. Extension of performance opportunities linking experinece to a wider varity of musicians and audiences. These include a) in person b) digital and online
