Connect Academy Trust are involved in our quality assurance work. They work with us as part of our LAT School Improvement offer, challenging and supporting us to continuously develop. It is useful for our staff to work with colleagues from across other Trusts. It enables us to gain feedback from fresh expert eyes on how things are going in relation to national intended outcomes. One area of development that has been born out of this work is our work on Individual Education Plans. This was an area that we discussed with colleagues from Connect that led to us tweaking our approach to supporting pupils in class. We value the support and challenge that Connect colleagues offer. It's not just what they do, it is the way that they do it. Our values are closely aligned.
